this is ridiculous. hassan was essentially a SECOND year player....do you really expect him to be perfect?....even spo said his work ethic was crazy....that he was always working to get better. the leap he made from 2014 to last season was insane. of course he had flaws....what sophmore year player doesn't?....doesn't change the fact that he completely gave this team life when they signed him....when we were dead last in rebounding and getting shyt on routinely. but lets forget about that. lets forget about the raptors out rebounding us 50 to 30 in game 7......lets forget about all the games in the regular season where hassan singlehandedly carried us to victories on both ends. lets forget about steve clifford saying his whole game plan revolved around hassan in the first round. lets forget about all that. because he's a 2nd year center who had trouble in the pick and roll. that's all that matters brehs:mjlol:

He's not a second year player stop that. I like the guy and I do think the Heat need his rebounding but Breh was acting like he was some offensive juggernaut or some shyt.

yall nikkas trying take us back to the birdman and joel anthony days and im not hearing that bullshyt. we aint had a legit center since past prime shaq. :heh:
Bird was great in his role when LeBron was here, but he's a role player. I don't want to see us trotting Haslem or McRoberts type players at center again.
yup man you're right. amare>>>>hassan:mjlol:

this is exactly why I don't blame hassan for leaving. heat fans soundin like ethan honick now.
I don't see how people are gonna be so dismissive of losing him. If Deng leaves, we don't have a front court on the roster unless Bosh is cleared, and a guy who peaked as a two time all NBA third team entering his 14th season isn't a building block for the future.

What was the team record before the all star break with Whitside starting? Look up his stats as well. What happened after Bosh left? Whiteside coming off the bench opened the floor for Goran and Wade. You clowns have short term memory. Look at his stats coming off the bench after the all star break. I'll sit and wait:sas2:

I dunno when it became cool to disrespect Riley but Heat Nation outchea looking funny in the light

This organization and staff invested a lot into developing Hassan, yea including Spo, guys like Juwan & UD. Sure he doesn't owe anybody anything, but he's the one that said getting paid wasn't the bottom line. He's the one that said he wanted to be part of a winning program. Now if he wants to jump ship for a Dallas team that won't make the playoffs then cool, I wish him the best and hope he enjoys the money. As I said yesterday I'm not worried about anything no matter the outcome.
I don't care about the sappy stuff. pat riley shouldn't be above criticism. he had every chance to step in this season and check spo on his treatment of hassan but he didn't. I don't care what anybody says....no player should be coached like that. hassan would beast all game, make one mistake and get scolded in front of the whole team. he was a triple double threat every single night. he goes down for a few games and he loses his starting spot for the rest of the season. the 3 games before he went down with the injury hassan had 23-18, 14-11, and 19-17, and 11 blks. how in the fukk do you lose your starting spot when you're playing on that level??......I don't wanna hear about all that work spo put it with hassan when he was constantly berating him during games. something he never did with any other player on the team. don't get mad at hassan for thinking about himself now....if anything, that's the mentality spo instilled in him. that's he's the outcast....that's he wasn't like the rest of the guys. that he wasn't a "heat" guy. well, now he's about to be right:heh:

Exactly why I'm not thrilled at the prospect of bosh coming back anyway. He's not an elite defender, doesn't get points terribly efficiently in the paint, and is a solid, but not great shooter from deep. He's also a mediocre rebounder. The whole team greatly improved once he went down for the year. Sucks it had to be him.

It felt like watching how Brad Childress put more concern into flexing his authority over Brett Favre in Minnesota than he did winning games. Guy tried to bench Favre in Green Bay because he called an audible from a run to a pass on 3rd and long and threw a touchdown in a game they won by 5, yet Childress wanted to bench him for changing the play call, even though they were running an offensive system Favre played in since 1992 (it was 2009 at this point). That's basically how spo treated Whiteside all season long. If we thought he was terrible these last 5-6 years, wait until you see what he looks like going forward.

on Woj's show, he just basically said: OKC is solidly in lead to keep KD, if he does leave GSW and the Clippers are his top 2 choices.

as for Horford, he wants the max(26 million) 1st choice is atl, but has meetings with boston and houston

just keeps getting better:mjlol:

man I really wish I could hear the voice mails riley is leaving for hassan right now. supposedly they're trying to get one last meeting with him in NY tonight. that harsh reality hit him like a ton of bricks. dude just needs to swallow his pride and give hassan what he wants. prolly too late though:francis:

Whiteside might get that Rondo treatment in Dallas though. If he thought Spo treated him tough. Carlisle and Whiteside are going to be:russ:

:mjlol: you sound like John harbaugh with that type of arrogance, telling the fans "if you're unhappy with our coaching, go root for the other team" the day after a home loss to Pittsburgh that they lost because the coaching staff kept leaving Troy uncovered on 3rd down when he showed he was blitzing and broke up the play each time, the third time being the strip sack that set up the game winning touchdown.
