And Masta Killa since he ALL over it. Here we go, one more listen today and I'll let it sit for a while.

Yea, like I said previously, I think Masta Killa is the unsung hero of the album. He's like the Wu's Patty Mills from the Spurs championship team last year

this shyt makes me feel ashamed to look in the mirror knowing that the person looking back actually used to be a fan of these dudes.

O yea? So what else on this album disgusted you to the point that you can no longer be a fan of "these dudes"? Or was Miracle that bad that you rescinded all your years of being a Wu fan?

yall know its either a) the black "i only listen to whats on teh radio, fukk nthem old nikkas" fans or B) elitist whiteys who necver bumped wu in their prime finding things to complain about or totally disregarding what wu IS (For example I seen some CAC on ughh.com say masta killas verse on miracle was a throwaway when tghat verse is what connects the tone of the hook to the gambino wu style THEY CREATED..). Seeing all this hate really fukking annoyed me cause this is a solid album

and newsflash to anyone whos interested, ALL THE WU ALBUMS ARE RZAS ALBUMS

they never heard 36 chambers until it was finished.. fukk.. they didnt hear their solos till it was done...

Thais is a great album, the hooks arent nearly as bad as people are saying. They arent "Unpredictable" or "Starter" from 8D bad. No song is shyt unlike soul power from iron flag or a cpl tracks from 8D. I wish their was more discussion on this album.

Im welcome to the idea of us starting a seperate thread to really go into the album. thatw as the joy of old wu albums.

@Big Mel im glad you enjoyed bro.

Exactly, Wu's best group albums are all RZA visions. That's why whoever said RZA should just go away didn't make sense to me. This is a modernisation production wise in a sense without selling out, it's just a little new twist, they have done their super grimey rap albums, it was time for something like this, and IF you are going to go out, why not try to inspire a better tomorrow in the process.

One thing that dampens the mood of the rolling out of this album is that Ghost and Raekwon again aren't publicly showing support for the album. And Meth this time too :snoop:

These n!ggas not showing up for video shoots, press, showing support on social media...nothing.

If that's the case that is a real shame, because I think people would have got behind this album, I hope they still do anyway, but it's harder without everyone pulling in the same direction, that energy translates to the fans, should be a celebration like RZA said not a battle at this point lol. They could have just done this album the way it is, got behind it 100, then if they wanted to do an alternate project could have done that too and got behind that 100. But they made some really good shyt here, should be all promoting it and enhancing their legacy.

I don't think there's a smilie accurate enough to describe my face after reading this.

Seriously I can't remember the last time I heard a more horrific song. I haven't listened to anything Wu in years, and judging by the few songs off this album I listened to, it should have stayed that way - this shyt makes me feel ashamed to look in the mirror knowing that the person looking back actually used to be a fan of these dudes.

That shyt is fire. You stay grumpy about rondo too. I bet you listen to bad rap music, often.

What can your fans expect from you in the future?
Just look out for that Blue & Cream, the sequel to Supreme Clientele. It's almost finished. I'm trying to see if I can release it sometime in August, September 2015, somewhere in the fourth quarter. I got Twelve Reasons to Die part two coming out. And I'm with Raekwon, and we're gonna do this third Only Built 4 Cuban Linx album. There's a whole lot of stuff. I got books full of music.

Breh I'll believe it when I see it. Rae talked about Cuban Linx 3 2 years ago. Ghost has been talking about blue and Cream even longer. If all of this comes out I'll be pleasantly surprised. And with all the acrimony they went through for this wu album, is RZA even overseeing Cuban Linx 3?
