cant believe some people dont like this:what:

the hooks dont really bother me as much as others:manny:

tracks like hold the heater, crushed egos, necklace, and pioneer the frontier are :blessed::blessed::blessed::blessed:

a better tomorrow, miracle, and never let go are:mjcry::mjcry::mjcry:

the whole album is dope tho imo...my only complaint really is wu-tang reunion which should have had more verses added to it since it came out 2 years ago:beli:. Really this is way better than i expected and i would put this as their 4th best album(love THE W).

forgot to mention i copped two from target:win:

I really can't take a persons ears seriously if they think this album is good

Wu is out of touch on all fronts...although their skills as mcs have not really diminished

I'm actually pretty :mjcry: that my assumptions on how ass the album would be from the pre release interviews and leaked songs/singles came to be reality

I haven't read this thread but i bet there's a couple wu stan niccas in this thread patrolling it like stormtroopers batting down anyone who isn't copping pleas as usual :mjlol:

I did it. I waited until 12/2 and eve n with keeping up with all of the different opinions on this album, I'm definitely NOT disappointed. I still have Never Let Go and Wu-Tang Reunion to go, but I think I can say this is a 4-4.25 album. It's Wu, but it's grown. RZA did his thing on the boards, the switches. A couple of tracks I thought would be garbage from the way they started, but once the beat kicked in....:whoo:

I'm not feeling Hold the Heater after 1 listen. Miracles hook isn't THAT bad, but I can see how some would have a problem with it. It doesn't take me out of the song, but maybe they should have hummed after singing once. RZA tryna give his fam some love with the singing. How come now one mentioned how great Felt was? Meth, Deck and Masta Killa go in...there may be too much Cap, not enough U-God (can't believe I'm saying that one). This is easily better than a lot of other albums that people hype. I have it above The W.

This is getting to tragic comedy levels of absurdity. Rza is oblivious. Hopefully this backlash knocks his ego down a few pegs. Doubtful though.

I don't think he's worried about the backlash from them. They been brothers for like 30 years at this point. He expects it. And let's not act like this has always been the most harmonious group in the world. I like the album a lot but I do recognize in a group setting, there is a need to get input from everyone and that way they feel more ownership of it. It's one thing to tell dudes in their 20s with nothing to lose and everything to gain what they're going to do and how but it's another to do that with successful 40 year olds. He's in a pickle
