its already been said, but his verse + the beat change for it on Miracle are incredible. he was fine, id rank him behind a few others but he held his tracks down.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
A few points.

1. Wouldn't download this based on the tracks in the OP's post.
2. Wu-Tang's message doesn't resonate anymore. Different time, different era. They some of the wordplay sounds dated and some of the members sound :flabbynsick:
3. Can't have a Wu album without ODB

Wu had the perfect formula and was able to capture lightning in a bottle. Sadly they have not been able to recapture that magic and haven't been the same since Wu Tang Forever. Ghost and Rae of dropped solid solo projects but there are countless other projects that have come and gone without me even wanting to listen. When Tribe was promoting The Love Movement, as a "group" Q-Tip ATCQ had said all they could say. I wish Wu would've done the same. nikkas in their 40's spitting reminisce bars over dated production. Nas gave the template of staying true to the brand without having the cross over, but at the end of the day, Wu Tang is like a niche brand that's hard to adapt as far as them coming together to do an album.

hate to say this BUT not feeling the album at all. the beats to me aren't there and on top of that, they just don't sound like they blend in with the beats. it just isn't them or at least the wu tang that i'm used to hearing. of course, don't expect them to sound or make the music they did 20 years ago or even 10 years ago. it's like you can tell that they're :flabbynsick: and the beats along with that just makes them sound even worse. yeah, they're in their 40s going on to their 50s but damn..... it's like that passion isn't there anymore. they gave it a chance though and good to see that they're trying BUT damn...... this is not it. don't think it would have made a difference if odb was alive or dead either. they should just go along with the times. it's okay to make a trap beat or even fukk with edm. wu can still be relevant. just not like this.
