I'm cycling thru core exercises. Why you you get on that dumbass power tower when you could just do sit ups or crunches? You could fall and hurt something like that. There are safer and smarter ways that add the same benefit.

You don’t compete in olympic facilities. You compete at USGA sanctioned events, wherever they are held, lol. Even if your niece was training in an “olympic facility” at 7 years old, she wasn’t doing anything near olympic level skills. She probably wasn’t even tall enough to properly use the uneven bars. And she definitely didn’t have enough power to do a high level vault.
