You sound absurd. That's not how culture works buddy. Regionally people are doing and saying what they want, and if it's widespread enough it becomes a part of the cultural practices there. In NYC, nikka is used casually in every low to middle income area on the streets, openly and freely by anyone who got the balls to use it. As for your hypothetical race based warfare scenario, it's safe to assume that under those conditions the cultural reality would shift as well. In other words only a fool would expect from others what you're pointing out under those conditions. Granted, there's a lot of fools out here... your hypothetical imagery seems to be saying something, but upon further thought it really misses the point.
