ill be honest and say i really didnt understand half of what these dudes saying

they are so deep in the slang verbiage that the average non hood-english speaker could have a tough time understanding it.

I hate when nikkas act like rapping about violence is positive, just cause you not committing violence.
Nah my nikka thats negative too.
They're just perpetuating that violence through their music. It has an even more devastating impact than you killing someone because that's all the young kids hear all the goddamn time. The older generation has completely failed the youth. It just seems like a bunch of lil dudes are running shyt out there.

name a few that was out there hard and talk bout it from a 3person point of view, nas is one of the greatest rappers ever, but dude was never out there like say a jungle(his brother), when u living that life hard still thats what u gon rap about

i never said feel sorry for them, and yea they believe its fun cause that what they grew up to, they seen they mama, daddies, uncles cousins and brothers live, i know u here in this doc they say they grew up wanting to be like they pops, dirk and his brother both grew up like that, they daddy was a bd leader and thats what they grew up wanting to be, if they know no other way it will be fun to them

and i said above i dont think they looking for your sympathy or for you to feel sorry for them, this life for them from a first person perspective raw and uncut

anyway i dont think u from that type of environment so i dont think u will understand
Nas dropped out of school after the 8th grade. WTF you think he was doing with his time?
