the entire time I was watching this video, all I could think about is how white people are directly responsible for what Chicago has become.
remove the fathers, tear down the housing development forcing rivaling people to coexist, closing schools, opening new prisions.
and even in the midst of all of this, there are Black people who think it's Black people's fault that Chicago and other Black communities are destroyed and will argue their point to the ends of the earth.

The homocide rate is still high in 2013(I assume that's what you meant).
No one said it stopped in 2013. Homicide rates fluctuate all the time so I don't see why this isn't believable.
And I'm going by facts (Which I assume the documentary maker did) not what some coli poster said is happening.
