not even that, lets just say at max your friend is entitled to like 20k severange, hiring a lawyer to go against microsoft by the time its done your friend prob wont even see a red cent.

When the manager scolded him infront of all the employees for something he didn't do, he reached out to HR. The cacs in HR basically sided with the manager.

I told him to document everything 4 months ago just incase they were looking for excuses to terminate him.

Today he got fired without being written up or placed in an improvement plan (companies policy).


btw hr is not really for employees, hr usually always sides with management and executives. Which is why union jobs are :blessed: because they will fight for you and heed your concerns.

Secondly you can be fired without being written up or placed in an improvement plan. Managers and supervisors never get prior warning before they get axed, your friends warning was him being scolded then running to hr. Since than the manager was prob watching him like a hawk, looking at his internet usage on his pc, checking when he arrives and when he leaves building a case file, your friend dug his own hole

I didn't want to seem rude in my initial post but boy ran to HR because he was scolded at? :comeon:

He needs to grow up. Non-whites are held to a different and higher standard in the workplace. That's just the way it is.


Only way to get back at cacs is to beat them at their own game - be passive aggressive as hell. Passive aggression is highly effective because it allows you to terrorize people but without leaving evidence that can get you fired and written up.

My boi has too much pride but at the same time, I read the text messages and emails, he has alot of evidence on the manager for being disrespectful.

Btw they didn't offer him a severance package and demanded he returns the bonus money they gave him.

He was also loved by all the employees and was a really hard worker. They literally had nothing except for being late.

The thing is, all his coworkers come in late and he has the documentation for that.

No point in suing them because they can just drag this out for as long as they want until your friend is broke. He learned a lesson and should have stayed on his shyt by being damn near flawless. He fukked up.

Blacklisted from what? :mjlol: if they were unethical they were unethical. Either way he's going to have to put that L on his resume.

Microsoft getting sued daily.
