Tyler Perry is one of the biggest people who doesn't like using union people on his productions and he goes out of his way to avoid unions wherever possible. Hates writer's rooms etc.

He's the cheapest person alive there's no way on earth anybody in any part of the industry will ever make more working with Tyler Perry. He's known for doing absolutely everything for less than the standard.
