And you are making my point about Byron Scott. He went to a finals and still couldn't get a gig for several years. I wonder why......

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
I could see a franchise like the knicks, the old clippers, the raiders, the mets doing some shyt like this, but not the Lakers, still kind of shocked by it.
1 good thing aboujt it is if the losing continues then they have 1 less person to blame, even though they will pull the new coach/system card.

Seattle We Run You Nyggas Ask Russel Wilson
26 yr. old Josh Smith vs. 32 yr. old Pau Gasol, hmm.

Josh Smith adds a MUCH better defensive presence, and is a more athletic scorer than Pau. If Pau's going to be shooting 18 ft. jumpshots all day, I'd rather have Josh Smith on the wing running the floor with Howard and Nash.

The only problem would be if the Hawks did accept it, it'd just be a one-year rental and no way they sign both Howard and Smith. But, we're in "WIN NOW" mode.

:pachaha:

I will just come and say that I dislike Josh Smith and his game. :scusthov:

That deal should be a last resort.

Portland = J.J. Hickson and Nicolas Batum, young, talented, athletic 4 and 3.

Phoenix = Scola and Frye. Not as young but would fit really well with the Lakers.

Both deals shed a lot of money to pick up free agents as well.

Josh Smith is limited. He is alright but I couldn't imagine him fitting in especially with his poor shot selection.

Or they need to hit up Portland for J.J. Hickson and Nicolas Batum.

:rudy: at thinking Portland is giving up Batum. They just signed him to a new deal this year, they ain't trading him for Gasol.

Smith would be shooing the same shots Gasol is. Only difference on offense would be him getting out in transition.

I would love that trade though if you also sign Delonte West. A team with Howard, MWP, Smith, & West :ahh: with Kobe being the one trying to keep all them dumbasses in check :noah: fukkery in its purest form
