black indie midcarder >>>>> black wwe midcarder

really the best choice is TNA when their business is str8, but thats not in the poll.

HHH is a wrestler, that wrestles a couple of matches per year. Undertaker gets the same downside for his sporadic matches. Stephanie doesn't wrestle, she's more akin to Teddy Long and Vickie Guerrero
Yeah, they're getting paid on ON AIR legacy contracts, that they built on their brand, and that completely understandable. But it is a comparison and ceilings to other talent. They would earn them one day, hopefully. Seems like women have a very low ceiling and expectation.

Nah, it's not irrelevant for Steph, but a comparison or why even have the contracts lmao. Yes, it's not a grade on them, but it's a marker for the other talent. It's what I've been implying and saying.

Their judgements of themselves and worth is irrelevant, but not the fukking contracts. This ain't hard to understand, if you stop trying to make me look stupid.

Again, the comment that started this bulls hit debate was my lighthearted "damn, if Stephanie getting 350K in 2013, I wonder about the other midcarders". That's it. I wasn't giving a value assessment..just how they tiered ON AIR compensation.
I got no issues with you, im just trying to understand :what:

You think other talent like lets say Charlotte or Nicki can walk into Executive Stephanie's office and demand they match what Talent Stephanie makes?

My point is talent can't look at those 3 talent contracts as the barometer by which to measure their deals.

This post is exactly what I was saying. Her contract is a ceiling, and comparative. I'm sure Trish Stratus made more, per year, in her run, as well as other very top tier females. My main point is that it means something.

I say it measures her overness as well, and would be a comparison to male talent, in that if the most over female is capped at 350K, you have to be pretty fukking good to get over that.

My earlier comment was just meant to say that I didn't think the midcarders earned that much, even if pay was long term and consistent. I would say a ME indy dude could pull far more, with less stress, in the long term.

Now I kind of want to see what would happen if I added TNA to the poll now.

Edit: Just added it

most people arent gonna know about the new poll.

might as well just do a spin thread tommorrow. TNA vs WWE.

Ko Ko B Ware was a career mid carder in the wwf and was a hall of famer , think about that for a sec.

:usure: koko doesnt sound too satisfied with the wwe.

The Indy life style is probably not the best setup for some one in the late 20s or 30s.

But if your young dude its probably better to travel and develop a gimmick/brand on the indys and then slow down in your 30s and make the real money.

if anything it seems like its better to prove that you can be a legit draw(albeit on a smaller scale) either on the indies or in japan/mexico. it gives you leverage, especially since wwe developmental doesn't seem that good at making stars.

gimmie the mid card, they can bury me all they want but i'd be a dope wrestler so the fans would side with me on some :bryan: shyt

plus i'm black so it's not like i'd have much of a choice anyway :mjpls:

You'd be more likely to get a :bryan:reaction on the indies more than WWE
