Kinda but not really.. your diet and rest is just as important as actually working out

What's your eating habits consist of?
I cook, but I like to make the same shyt since im a picky eater.

Taco Soup,Tacos, Chili and Chili Dogs(All with ground turkey)
Baked chicken legs, that I usually make with mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. usually put a brisket or turkey leg in the beans to. Overload on the gravy :noah:
Brisket in the crockpot then make a meal out of that depending on what I want.
Homemade Pizza, turkey pepperoni.

Fried Fish every now and then. usually only fry one for myself then cut it up and put it in some ramen noodles with an egg :lawd:
homemade Fries
Fried chiccen breast sometimes.
Don't really eat Fast food at all or premade food period for that matter.

That's not too bad actually, but you can do a bit better,but I mean if you workout hard and do cardio you can be lean while eating wateva, but genetics always plays a part

Das why I hate when fat ppl complain. Like bytch i cant even gain weight and I dont even have the money to afford to eat no damn 3-4000 calories a day. Fucc is u complianin for u got it easy

nikkas can't stand the truth so they hit me with the neg :yeshrug:

And damn breh try to at least get 2500 a day if you can,at your weight you don't need many calories to put on some weight right now
