-bag of sunflower seeds (no shells) from trader joes
-bag of roasted/salted almonds from trader joes
-raisin bran crunch in a plastic container to snack on dry
-three or four 32oz gatorades in the desk drawer
-water bottle on the desk that gets filled from the water machine
-nature valley soft granola bars
I usually have granola bars, trail mix, yogurt w/granola and fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
For drinks I usually do lemon + water ..gives it a bit of kick!
