Are you training for something?my meals are clean and healthy and with the amount of cardio and strength training that i do, i'll occasionally have some sweets and don't worry about it since they fit my macros. i just think moderation is the key. a few small sweets throughout the week isnt going to make or break your goals

Any way i go to our little store and buy some graham crackers, grape juice, rice krispy treats. I know it's not the best but eh i try.
