Don't worry about the sodium, just drink more water and you won't have to worry about retention.

Good suggestions in here besides the nutrigrain and clif bars.

I go for Almonds, apples + PB, cheez-its :guilty:
Maybe a organic tortilla chip + all natural salsa

and sweet & spicy jerky is :lawd:

Fresh fruit (apple, banana, blue berries, strawberries) - help you boost ur sugar levels a bit so you dont crave as much

Almonds - even chocolate almonds if you need some sugar rush..

other nuts are good too - try not to get salted.

Water! drink lots of water it will help u from getting dehydrated and having cravings for what you think is food but is really water.
