I don't snack at all at work, really.
Typically I don't eat breakfast (not up early enough), and have an energy bar for lunch, and other than that I just have coffee throughout the day. I pretty much hulk smash my fridge when I get home tho.
My problem is that I'm prone to getting sleepy after I eat. If I start snacking at work I'll crash around 2 or 3pm.
