I haven't seen CW and don't plan on it because it wasn't important to the MCU for me. WW isn't a good movie. Gal Gadot can't act. How is she a lead actress for a series like this?

It was plugged in by the biggest movie of 2018 and advertised as the lead in film you have to see for what went on to be the biggest film of all time.

The movies themselves were equally meh, slight edge to CM cause I liked the skrull twist

Box office numbers are completely irrelevant to how GOOD a film is or not. CM bounced off of the entire MCU and based on the previous success people were going to watch it period!

I hold my hand up as someone that was defending CM in other threads, prior to it's release and was sorely disappointed; it's worth watching as part of the broader MCU but I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it again and is bottom of the MCU list for me.

Coming off of BvS and the uproar over that film, Wonder Woman was fantastic, with a good story and a great supporting cast around Gal Gadot and I actually felt a renewed sense of faith in DCEU, like "ok, they can salvage this thing"......

...and then Justice League happened!
