My point was that some things you shouldn't even need to harass folks over. A fridge should be defrosted annually off gp. Some Plumbing issues are easy to fix if you have a way to shut off your water supply ie a valve.

And there are plenty of good instructions online for many an issue.

Well I worked in the projects with my dad for years doing repairs and a lot of them chicks actually think that they are living a good life there. I talked to plenty of chicks who couldn't wait to get their own apartment. And by own apartment I mean a unit in the same complex they grew up in.

Just going from what I saw these had to be some really bad off women for this shyt to work on. And well, it does say one was disabled and some others were elderly. I say that cause all the decent chicks in the hood got a nikka in the cut just waiting for something ignorant to happen.
