Woman killed after giving money to panhandler in Baltimore...Update: Husband & Daughter arrested

shyt didn't smell right from the jump. Stopping in East Baltimore after midnight in the rain to give a panhandler money, and her friend stabs the wife to death. When they didn't arrest anybody after a week, I knew it was the husband....but her daughter too...You know they had something going on...
