For the record, I'm not saying Wall really should be a max player because he has yet to fulfill that promise, but as I said earlier, you get paid off potential, and all hell will break loose if Wall turns out to be unable be the player they think he can be.

I feel you on that. He definitely has the potential to be a max player and if they don't offer it to him someone will. So I guess they have no choice but to give it to him.

His jumper form and elevation was very Kobe-esque last night.

I don't want him falling in love with the fade away but his release looks a lot more smoother and quicker. No hesitation at all.

Thats the way to shoot the ball... I don't care if he goes 5-14 or whatever as long he keeps showing good technique.

this the key to me. Dude is LOOKING to take jumpers and his teammates are looking to give him the ball to take them.

You right he needs to cut down on trying to make to many jump passes and chill out with the 5+ turnovers a game. But he's always gonna be a westbrook type player getting ahead of himself and f**cking up and having a inconsistant jump shot. Problems is he's looking for westbrook type money but aint no where near as good as westbrook is or will ever be. And this is coming from a guy who cant stand Westbrick half the time.

Good point he does look to pass first but I still see a little westbrook out of control mentality in him. He gets most of his numbers on the fastbreak and just running past dudes I wanna see him do some damage under control in the half court before I sign that max contract doe.

Yeah, thats true too.

One thing about him in the half court... I want to see him play better off the ball instead of just standing around. Like, set a screen for someone or cut to the basket more often.

I'm glad he's taking corner 3s now, but he can use that speed in the half court so much better.
