It's the NBA. Not many really do. Most contracts are strictly paid based off of what you have the potential to do, not what you've already done, and that goes for even the elite superstars.

No he's on the same tier as the above mentioned but I already knew people were going to come in and say he doesn't deserves the max. He's an impact player Wall changes his team drastically for the better. He's worth it IMO.
