You said grant was on the same level of Aaron Gordon. Tell me when Aaron Gordon was being a #1 option and a scoring 23 a game and playing in the Olympics.
Kat is weak and kyrie played with nobody before lebron came back. And we were talking about competing for a play in spot which is winning 35-40 games. I guess you switched the goal post when you realized you was talking silly. Talking about transcendent talent. Like you need lebron james level talent to be able to win 35-40 games. If the pistons are not winning 35 games in our gm 4th year then the whole chit is a failure. I have more faith in him and don’t care about what was going on with weak ass Karl Anthony towns or kyrie playing with boobie Gibson and Anderson varejo and Anthony Bennett.
Aaron Gordon is a better player than Jerami Grant and Denver actually upgraded swapping one out for another.
As I will say again, once you end up in the lottery, it's hard to get out of it. A lot of those young dudes actually look worse now compared to how they performed last season. That's regression and not progression. How do you expect them to win 35 games in the 4th year when they're literally going to start all over again in the offseason looking for new young talent to replace what isn't panning out so far?
It takes trial and error to figure what young dudes you keep long term or move elsewhere. Building a playoff team isn't that easy or a lot of teams still wouldn't be stuck in the lottery even with the lottery picks that they have had.
