Aint no way warriors giving up wiseman and moody
And all accounts Grant wants to be here. We are one time running rebounding big and two three point shooters away from something already. Y’all getting restless like we not a rebuilding tanking team still

A lot of teams in the lottery say similar things, yet they're still relegated to the lottery each and every year. Once you end up in the lottery, it's not that easy to get out of it as there are many teams with better talent than Detroit still struggling to make the playoffs.

At some point, the Pistons need to realize that Jerami Grant doesn't fit their timeline and need to move him for assets. This teams is years away from even competing for a play-in spot and dude will be out of his prime at that point.

Cap space means nothing when you're not a free agent destination and your young players are years away from being ready. There's also no big name FA to be had anyways.

don’t know if grant will still be here when hopefully they ready to compete in 3 years but he Woule be 30. That ain’t old and past prime years.

That team is more than 3 years away from competing for even a play-in spot and anyone sitting here and saying otherwise is laughable. It's even laughable that people actually thought they could compete for a play-in spot when it takes years and lumps for teams to make those kind of leaps.

Crazy that Killian has played the best out of the 3

Stewart can start in NBA starter but as a PF. But his best roll is energy bench big. Banging with Centers every night is too much. That Mobley, Allen front court just to big for him and Grant. Also think Stewart lack of size diminishes pnr.
I don’t know if bey spent too much time this off-season on other parts of his game but he need to get that jumper in order.

They get another top flight rookie in the next draft that reaches his potential along with Cade being who he is suppose to be and grant and they can be competing for a playin spot in 2-3 years.

If we're being honest, Grant isn't that type of player and is more in the vein of Gordon in being a 4th option at best :ld:

Even if those players do reach their potential, it still takes more than that to elevate a team to the playoffs as you need a transcendent piece.

Hello have you heard. The pistons got the #1 pick. They drafted Cade Cunningham. If he reaches his potential he is that piece.

cade Cunningham is a #1 option and hopefully who they take this year can be a #2 which leaves grant at 3. I must’ve missed when Aaron Gordon was the #1 option and dropped over 20 a game in his career.

There are levels to being a transcendent talent and even if Cunningham pans out, that doesn't mean that he will be that player. Being the #1 pick means nothing in the grand scheme of things. KAT and Kyrie were the #1 pick and they still couldn't help elevate their teams to the playoffs.

Grant being a #1 option and putting up 20 PPG also means nothing if the Pistons still ended up with one of the worst records in the league last year.

You said grant was on the same level of Aaron Gordon. Tell me when Aaron Gordon was being a #1 option and a scoring 23 a game and playing in the Olympics.

Kat is weak and kyrie played with nobody before lebron came back. And we were talking about competing for a play in spot which is winning 35-40 games. I guess you switched the goal post when you realized you was talking silly. Talking about transcendent talent. Like you need lebron james level talent to be able to win 35-40 games. If the pistons are not winning 35 games in our gm 4th year then the whole chit is a failure. I have more faith in him and don’t care about what was going on with weak ass Karl Anthony towns or kyrie playing with boobie Gibson and Anderson varejo and Anthony Bennett.
