It's NOT a gym. Its more like a feel-good club. The great majority of people who go don't get much results cause there isn't an incentive.

If you pay $10 a month to walk the eliptical and do shytty cardio a couple times a week, you are a fool.

Lets not even mention that since its only $10 a month, most people pay and don't even go. Its the ultimate hustle, which is why the franchises grow at

the rate they do.

this chick i was messing with was a member there and had a gold membership so she could bring guests. she would always offer to bring me but i would always tell her nah i'm good with my boxing gym.

one day i hit her up to see if she wanted to netflix and chill. she said "sure...but after you go to the gym with me"


we get there and there were normal bodied people there, a couple of chubby and a couple of fat. there were a select few muscular cats, but no one swole enough to make you say "damn i wanna get like that." i had my customary huge water jug that i bring everywhere and dude at the front desk told me "no large water containers allowed". you also can't drop weights on the ground nor can you grunt too loudly. i looked for a bench to do some light bench press, all they had was 2 smith machines and there were 5 people waiting to use them. no squat racks and no 45 pound weight bars to even deadlift

Nope I never eat that food when offered just walk by. Since going to the gym I've made the gains I've wanted to and people have noticed. Does it have everything I would like in the gym...hell naw but I'm still able to do most of what I want to do. I just wish mine had kettle bells because some of the other PF in the area do
