It's a bytch gym for people who want to say they go to the gym but don't really want to go to the gym.
If you walk in a gym and see the biggest or leanest or whatever body type you want in there and get your self esteem hurt instead of inspired then you don't want it anyway.

Its smart on the low, Planet fitness is for people to come and feel comfortable. The best thing you can do as someone thats starting to work out is make a routine of going to the gym, even if its 10 mins a couple days a week.

Sure cake, candy and pizza night is a set back but the over all point is to for newbs to become comfortable with going to the gym.


With that said, I was totally disgusted when i was gym hunting and learned about that. (granted I'll get fast food after leaving the gym, but I understand the ins and out of how much diet affects the gains and losses)

Yep...so many ways people are making money out here with simple ideas that you feel jealous about it.

I feel the sameway about Dollar Shave Club. Its like in the past I thought damn razors are expensive for how long they last and now this company is balling by making it a subscription service. That money could be mine

I didn't know there were so many exercise militants that post here.

Some of us live in the colder parts of the country so we have to go indoors to get that cardio.

Yeah I am a PF member, but I want to join a gym closer to my house but I don't want to get stuck in a contract.

damn .... my PF must be luxury then cause they dont have non of these issues. They got all kinda free weights and shyt. Buncha stations for cleaning off equipment. There are like 3-4 big people in there, but for the most part most people are in decent shape. When I was at Lifetime Fitness that was a lot more expensive I hated going in the locker room cause old ass white dudes would be walking around butt ass naked tryna strike up conversations. They had to put up signs to make them stop putting they naked wrinkly balls on the steam room bench.




I don't think that PF signed me up right either cause my account aint been debted yet in like 4 months.

The only time I go is when my gym is closed bc they're 24hrs...Is anyone here honestly claiming the don't hav one cheat meal once a month? I don't see the problem.

Dont eat it. The gym is good and cheap, i just walk right past the food.

Pretty much. I always move right past and and go about my business. You can always say no

Wonder if the ones in the Bronx offer free food. I'm tired of exercising outside, and can save money by getting meals for only ten a month.

U can't exercise without fuel (food). Chocolate gives u short-term energy.
