"Your concept" as in it's one you agree with and have presented as the way forward. Don't be semantic.

Men and women work best when they are aligned and in harmony, not looking to cut each other out or replace each other with robots out of anger, spite and unwillingness to compromise.

Most if not all of the infrastructure that we have today was built by men. Whenever I'm on the express way I always see men fixing the roads, going up to those tall places and fixing the wires. It's the men that go into caves and and do the coal mining and etc. it's the men that dive deep into the sea to get those pearls tha women love so much. Men do a lot in this society.
When a father is absent from a child's life the child lacks a lot of discipline and structure. A lot of mother are not great disciplinarians and tend to let their kids get away with a lot. Mothers tend to be the nurturer. Although they can discipline most do not consistently discipline.

Both men and women contribute to the world. Children need both their mother and father.

But later they realize that their degree don't give them the same opportunity that a white women can get because the white women have the privilege to live in a economic system created by a patriarchal system put in place by their men. If blacks were not mistreated since 400 years, maybe we would have a chance to thrive and treat our women better. Economic conditions and the way that some black men treat women are strongly correlated, lack of education, poverty, and bad parenting is not the best evironnment to teach a young black boy to respect women. Give him a chance to become educated and a productive member of society, i'm probably sure he would treat women with better regards.
