Love the show but extremely disappointed with the way it ended

I liked the theme they had floating through this episode of how nothing last forever but with more time it could have really made for a great finale. Man fukk HBO for this.

This is definitely one of the worst early cancellations of any show I can remember. And they’re not fooling anybody with that Coach Carter montage shyt. That was all done in post after the decision was made to cancel it and wasn’t the actual vision for wrapping up the story.

I’ll never say it was a waste of time but it sucks to have been so damn invested just 2-3 episodes ago and now realize it’s over. Just a horrible way to end such a great ride.

Yea. It was clear the ending was slapped together but I still appreciate the effort that the actors and crew gave us.

The fact of the matter is HBO is a business and they have cancelled critically acclaimed shows if the numbers weren't there.
