Giannis and Middleton at the 1 and 2 could switch on the 2-5 and 1-5 pick and roll. They can match up with Ayton when he rolls and switch. Size.

Drue or PJ being on CP and switches on Ayton is not going to win down in the paint. That's too easy. Having a bigger size on Ayton with Giannis and Middleton can help, I'll take my chances with that matchup.

I don't think it will help too much, since Giannis isn't 100% yet. They can only play big for so long because Phoenix wings just going to eat all day if you don't have Giannis in help position. Bridges/Johnson/Crowder being guarded by Connaughton/Jrue on help isn't really a win for Milwaukee. Bridges himself is better than everyone on Milwaukee outside of Giannis/Middleton. They also don't want to switch every Pick and Roll, as Jrue was doing really well for parts of the game going through those screens. Giannis is not a great on ball defender anyway and the real issue is they are missing another guard that is good on defense (DiVincenzo instead of Forbes is big difference).

I picked Suns in 5 because they are a tier better due to them having so many lineup combinations that kill Milwaukee.

LOL @ the John Stockton mention. Chris Paul passed that dude up long ago. Stockton was great but he never dominated or had to carry a franchise solo. Doesn't even have half the playoff performances Chris Paul does. 2008-2010 CP3 run is basically only surpassed by the likes of Steph and Magic.

He's an amazing athlete, aiight basketball player. He simply has one more. Wind up and drive into the lane like a Beyblade, do a spin move perhaps. Stromile Swift with a Euro is the best description I've ever heard about him.

Crowder shot, he just missed all of them. Even hit straight backboard on an open 3

I think I get your strategy though. Pick between Phoenix wings or Ayton/CP eating. Can't say it's a bad approach with Milwaukee's limited options. I just think they have no chance without major minutes from Lopez, but can't really go big with Giannis/Middy at the 1/2. I liked the defense Milwaukee was playing for most of the game but they just are so limited in who their 5th guy is.

I can agree it need to be called more consistently but that shyt isn't close to normal or everybody would shoot like that from nba on down and we both know that's not the case.
