1. WS has a history of aggressive uncontrollable rage like behavior
2. Client was in fear for his life
3. CREATE DOUBT that the accused should be convicted of 2nd degree murder
lets not forget the accused did stay at the crime scene...also waiting for toxicology reports
you nikkas don't understand if if shows that WS had ANYTHING in his system, along with the other things i laid out, the lawyer has a lot to work with....and don't let it be found out that WS had a gun on him

yeah everybody in here talking about how good a person WS was but it looks like the suspect was living right too...no priors, 30 yr old business owner, if he's asking for toxicology reports then he was probably the sober one that night.

But Hayes probably didn't know who was in that leading car. Else he would not have wasted 2 bullets on the leg of Smith's wife. He'd have shot that cop dead and waited to be transported to the bing. Here is a video taken right after the shooting. Will Smith wife is still on the ground screaming. Suspects look calm as shyt, and witness can be heard saying what he saw go down.

Will was not driving, his body was found partially in the vehicle. His feet were on the ground.
His wife tried to calm him down , he pushed her down. And went back to the car. His wife got caught in the line of fire, she was not a target.
The shooter did not know who was driving the vehicle, and did not have any sort of relationship with Will.
there was a lot of shyt talking, smith thought ol boy would fall back, he didn't and shot Smith in the back because smith walked back to the vehicle after saying "he was done talking" or something like that, not sure on the exact words.
Man just a sad situation all around.
