8+ shots is self defense and reasonable when the police do it.
However, no where does it even hint that Will had a gun.
I thought the impala was Pierre Thomas, or was he in the backseat with Will??
First degree is planned and he could be eventually charged with that
Second degree is normal for a potential road rage case but this looks personal to me

Again, that's why I'm inclined to not totally dismiss the self defense theory. This guy was not a career criminal.
