It’s wild to me because i think people are turned off by how “game-y” it looks but also in the same breath will complain about PlayStation only having “movie games”

Same. These type of games are Housemarque's bag so I think it will turn out well.

I never said its wild to wait for reviews, I said its wild where the skepticism is coming from

I do think it would be smart for sony to at least offer a ps plus discount for this like they are doing with Deathloop

I’m sure sure why they are making an unknown developers new IP be the first exclusive of the year with this price tag. They should have at least warmed people up with a big game first.

I don't see anything special about this game. Unless you are starving for games, I can't see the appeal of a day one here. Perhaps how this reviews will sway me but currently l, I buy everything under the sun and I'm indifferent to this. Ratchet and Clank will likely be the first one due to the dearth of games.

This is a game I wish I could play on PC. Looks like it would control WAY better with Mouse+Key, but I'm interested enough to cop on PS5 for sure if reviews say its fun or long enough to justify the $70 price tag.
