4 years old..caught jerking his shyt to S&M?!!...the little breh has TV and internets in his room without any parental restrictions on it breh?!!! 
Idk like I said it's strange, actively playing with himself fine happens here and there, stumbling across porn also could happen but putting the two together by a four year old as a social worker that raises flags
I'll share a story
I know a girl who caught her 7 year old daughter using a carrot as a dildo, the girl said she did it "just cause it feels good" turns out after more asking of questions etc that the girls 10 year old cousin had been abusing her for six months last year. I'll spare you the details
But again both the acts individually aren't really alarming but to do them together at that age ain't normal kid might have been somehow exposed to something

There's a couple issues.
Me and my wife were in the living room looking for a Halloween costume for the baby. I didn't notice it, but wife wife noticed that out son's room was mighty quiet. I think it was so noticeable becuz our daughter was outside playing and their TVs are usually competing to see which is loudest.
She's walking towards and I guess he could hear the footsteps. All I hear is "What the hell is going on in here?" He tried to wiggle his way out of it but finally confessed to what he was doing.. He told her that he was pulling his thing and that it felt good.
Funniest part about the whole thing was that he would not let her see what he was watching, so she was able to pull it up on her tablet. It was some girl on girl shyt. She was sad and confused and asked me to talk to him. I talked to him and told him that he was too little to be watching that kinda stuff and told him next time he'll be in trouble. Then he went on to ask me, "Daddy, do girls usually do that to each other
?"
I went on to have a small birds and bees conversation with him and that was that. Kid wasn't even embarrassed. Not sure if that's good or bad. But it sure as hell was funny.
Two things I took from this...
1. I didn't know they had this shyt on NetFlix.
2. At least it wasn't two dudes.
1. Did anyone teach him to do that? If so, who?
2. You can control content on Netflix so your children have access to children's and G-rated movies.

..luckily for me im a IT cat by profession..when i have kids im going to put them restrictions on every electronic device they use/utilize in my house and/or bought or being paid with my money until they graduate high school

bruh this shyt ain't funny at all. somebody might be touching your son. you better look into it. this is NOT normal behavior. and this is coming from someone whose wife used to work for child protective services. trust me, i have seen and heard it all as it pertains to sexual abuse in children. have a talk with your son breh. someone is violating your seed.
