Not the romanticizing of other groups again. I swear online you get so much of this from black people its so sad. If your successful regardless of,the race you are one of the few or else every group wouldn't have more than its fair share of people with reasons why things aren't going right for them.

And carecarefully read what is being talked about. We're not talking about being the next billionaire neither. As sion as other communities are mentionned...woag let's not compare. Well maybe the compaRison is needed to see how far behind we are.

I am not romanticizing. I am pointing the obvious...if you are used to be the token black person in an environment that should tell you something on how far black communities have to go. I like seeing black people in many different position/high positions. Tokenism will be death of blacks we embrace it too much.

Nah I'm not the token black in anything of importance lol. Now some silly stuff like music, sports, things of that nature compared to my closest friends yeah but as far business nah. I'm not trying to be funny or heartless but while its nice to see black people in many different positions/high positions I don't care anymore than I care for some random black person Ive never met. I don't wish them ill or anything negative but I have my circle to worry about first. I think that's too many people's problem (regardless of race) also worrying about the next man stats/status before making sure you and yours are right first. I see it too often the " I'm worried about the community but yet you (general) yourself aren't even right oftentimes. I don't understand it and don't think its helpful. It looks more to me like coming on here to talk about issues instead of doing real work aka a distraction that people don't even notice till years or decades done passed and ain't shyt around them changed but they still talking.

Some of these dudes loathe woman so much and are so bust cheering on the fact that someone is out to get us they fail to realize that these does loathe BM as well. e.i. Charles Barkley and his recent comments on BM.

The Black community rewards and celebrates non-productive behavior among Black men.
