Historically there is data. Mitochondrial DNA is passed through the mother, if i'm not mistaken I believe that a study was done years ago that showed 98% of US blacks had their white DNA passed through white men, and 2% of that was through white women.

On page 3 you’ll see a graph of Women’s Birth Rate by race and Men’s Birth Rate by race.

Black Women are the only race of women in this country who have more babies than the men of their race.

Does that mean Black women are having more IR sex than Black men?

We do agree. At the end of the day, BM generally has the most open standards for a number of reasons. BW want to date out the most but for a number of reasons they don't or can't successfully on avg. White women and men get the privilege to do what they want and don't have to face the consequences for it. Interracial marriage are not a good indicator of cross racial sexual interaction. Only 26% of black women are married, and over 80% of children are out-of-wedlock.

But for some reason, it makes more sense to you that black women engage in less cross racial sexual interaction than black men despite having more (majority out-of-wedlock) biracial children than black men
