This is why its a womans job to puy their foot down and give ultimatums these days. Hard to go to the negotiating table when youve kept a sweaty brow with no promises,no future plans,no commitments. Its just how the mind works unfortunately. Alot of people enjoy netflix,when they can use it for free. If they suddenly had to pay,they would resent the fact they had to pay for something that was free for years. They would suddenly start taking inventory of all the things netflix is not.
So you need to make demands and ultimatums to progress the relationship. Sadly alot of men are too p*ssy to do this these days and leave it in the hands of women. Afraid to put themselves out there to be rejected. The rest just dont want to buy the cow while getting the milk for free.

Yeah you're right it can last for years in the on-and-off scenarios you're talking about. I'm talking about consistently hooking up 2-3 times per week. After 4-6 months, usually one person wants to take things to the next level or leave.
