What's 'development' in NC east of Raleigh?

That’s what I was going to question. I’ve done my spell in different parts of Eastern NC and it is the most economically neglected region of the state. It’s also the Blackest region of the state which explains the neglect and decades of blight and poverty. Central and Western NC, however, and down around Charlotte, whole different worlds.

NC is dope. Like on border and enjoy both.

I can’t even think of a single rapper (aside Jeezy who’s been an ATLien damn near forever) that blew up from South Carolina. The rap scenes in much of that state are local as all hell, even Columbia.

I live in Georgia now and it honestly irritates the hell out of me when folks here fukk up where I’m from. I’d rather be born in West Virginia than South Carolina.
