Yeah it sucks here in good ole SC smfh
Hell yeah I feel the energy and presence of the ancestors there & some parts of Georgia & I’m not even Ados.It was a huge slavery trading state to which many black Americans are connected to.
Breh, I'm from Fayetteville and moved to Flo-town ...you aint never lied about the stark difference between the two , I used to hate visiting grandma down in SC
A lot of it has to do with how both states are run AND, each has the opposite development on either side of the state. NC is traditionally more democratic than SC could ever hope to be. The east side of NC up to Charlotte has heavy economic development whereas SC don't have much until you get past Columbia and up into Greenville.
You gotta go further south to Charleston on the east side to find anything decent...unless you just passing through to get to Myrtle Beach
You from NC or SC?
South Carolina never got a song. It must suck
I live exactly there and SoB was my first job back in high school. I feel attacked….Idk what it is about SC but every time I been there as soon as you get past South of the Border on 95 it feels like I’m in another time before I was born
Eastern NC is essentially an extension of the SC Pee Dee region but I ain’t gon hold y’allWhat's 'development' in NC east of Raleigh? Looks alot like SC to me, aside from all the farm land. The western half of that state looks like a whole other state compared to the eastern half.
Both states have regions that look worlds apart. The 85 corridor(sp?) of SC looks like another state compared to the rest of it.
