Its no book or help. Don't believe that shyt. You can try to decipher nikkas minds and hearts for a lifetime. Low self esteem/low confidence will vary by how the women of said generation set the standards unfortunately.........
Nikkas can be on an all time high with confidence and self esteem and one chick can fck they whole world up......The struggle is real.........

The reality is some nikkas get p*ssy easier than others, dudes see that and when they ain't getting as easy as somebody else they think its impossible and virtually give up.

I think a lot of it has to do with not giving enough effort and not appealing to the particular type of women that they want to appeal to. It's very tough for anyone who's depressed and feeling down about life to get anywhere socially with women from what I've seen. Some of these dudes who complain are already down on themselves and have a depressed attitude. Kent and the others on youtube who make videos about their usual results with women make this clear. I don't blame them either since people underrate how difficult it is for some people to be confident in themselves when they have nothing.
Anyone who's depressed about their life should not bother worrying about girls and sex. People swear that confidence is so important so why bother getting your hopes up for something that's not going to happen? 95% of women act as if dudes need to be confident, positive and entertaining to even get serious attention from them so they may as well give up on women and focus more on changing their life around.
