Why is GenZ quitting jobs and living off their parents seen as “bucking the system”?

OP sounding like a true hater. Like he actually believes that black people should work over 60 hours a week until they die. I salute these youngins for saying fukk the system and working smarter not harder.

Zay a troll but from the actual title of the thread is he wrong??

If you just living off your parents then you just a bum your not getting around the system your just leeching.

I keep hearing people say they won't work shytty jobs but...there are plenty of good jobs available to Americans that can't even get proper responses because people are bullshytting. Don't have a college degree and don't want to work retail/fast food? Learn a fukking trade or get a government job (post office, military, etc). Yet we're at a point where a lot of people, including a LOT of black men, simply will not do jack shyt. This isn't sustainable...I hope people understand this.
not sure how it is for yall but in Canada trades are actually pretty difficult to get out here in Toronto. My dad works in HVAC and complains about how almost every apprentice ditches it and goes back to school n shyt. Government jobs are extremely hard to get as well and involve more tedious hiring practices and are highly competitive.

I keep seeing on social media about how GenZ ain’t going for what pass generations went thru, how they’re standing up against the system etc..

How? What exactly are they doing? I don’t even know any one in GenZ with their own spot, and the oldest are like 26 now

What am I missing ?
Millennials in HCOL cities didn’t have their own spots either, and it’s only gotten worse. Only friends I had coming out of college who had their own apartment or were able to buy lived in LCOL areas like ATL, Hou, and Chicago (all of which have gotten more expensive since the 00’s)

If their entire paycheck would be going toward rent and utilities and their parents don't mind then it makes sense.

And people who switch jobs more frequently typically make a higher salary than people who stay at the same job forever.

People in here tryna paint a narrative that young black people don't want to work and that's why they can't get ahead. Sounds suspiciously cracka-like.

I don't fault any young person for saying fukk this system and bowing out. Our country failed them and the results are going to be painfully obvious in 10-20 years.
most of north america has a huge real estate issue that mainly benefits middle class home owners

when you take away home ownership (or even comfortable renting) away from people, folks become less empowered to be apart of capitalism or start a family

lotta folks are in their 30s waiting for their parents to croak (knock on wood of coarse) and take over the house lol
