ATL paid.. Cali blazed
And woulda been laughing at his ass too. I keep water with morton lite salt in it with me and I'm inside most of the day. Water and electrolytes. If you keep your electrolytes up you don't even have to eat. You'll feel like a million bucks. Crazy energy.
Sounds better than energy drinks..I need to kick that shyt but I be needing it

If you're really outside getting it and sweating alot energy drinks really aren't that big of a deal. They provide electrolytes along with caffeine and (in many of them) a healthy dose of sugar. But an active person's body is burning all of that up as it takes it in. A lot of folks buy energy drinks just to sip around the house. :russ:

After I cut grass in extreme heat, I used to take 2 shots of Hennessy, then go to the room downstairs and chill in the ac
Liquor was legit considered medicine when it first came on the scene ages ago. I guess it's full medicinal qualities are brought into question by modern science. But fukk all that. You worked. You got your cool drink and you have your ac. I bet it felt nice.
