Why hasn’t Rockstar remastered Max Payne 1+2?

I wanna know why they haven't remastered Max Payne 3, alot of people missed out on that game and I feel like rockstar missed out on a "sleeping dogs" type of situations.

I need a Max Payne 4 unless he died at the end of 3, I dont recall but I know I beat 3 in 1 long ass day/night and it was incredible
