Shut up . Republicans threw talking about policy in the bushes when they start it implementing the southern strategy :mjpls: because they don’t have policy, hell even if they talked about a policy it would be a lie that’s all they do. But you’re not fooling anyone with this both sides shyt. I hope you go to bed tonight knowing that you’re a failure :ehh:
Let me fix that for you.

COVID-19 Impact and the Future of Small Business

For instance, a report from the NCBI states that between February and April 2020, over 3.3 million businesses were inactive, indicating a slump of 22 percent. This drop-in active businesses is the largest ever recorded in the U.S., with a loss in business activity spreading across almost all industries. Yet, against all odds, some small businesses have shown that there is a way to thrive even during these uncertain times.

On the flip side, which type of businesses thrived in the Pandemic :jbhmm:

15 Companies That Benefited The Most From The Pandemic

Nah, keep that ignorant train of thought to yourself.

If the only thing you pay attention to is identity politics, you seem to be part of the problem you speak of.

Can you explain why Corporations got Civil Rights before Black People did in America?

Corporate personhood - Wikipedia

"In a U.S. historical context, the phrase "corporate personhood" refers to the ongoing legal debate over the extent to which rights traditionally associated with natural persons should also be afforded to juridical persons including corporations. A headnote issued by the court reporter in the 1886 Supreme Court case Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Co. claimed to state the sense of the Court regarding the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment as it applies to corporations, without the Court having actually made a decision or issued a written opinion on that point.[5] This was the first time that the Supreme Court was reported to hold that the Fourteenth Amendment's equal protection clause granted constitutional protections to corporations as well as to natural persons, although numerous other cases, since Dartmouth College v. Woodward in 1819, had recognized that corporations were entitled to some of the protections of the Constitution. In Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. (2014), the Court found that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 exempted Hobby Lobby from aspects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act because those aspects placed a substantial burden on the company's owners' free exercise of sincerely held religious beliefs."

Our own Government has given Corporations their power to dominate American society, and control our way of life. That's why I love people in this thread pounding their chest for a Government that doesn't give a fukk about them. It's both sad and hilarious at the same time

No need. This wasn't my argument.

You asked why politicians don't talk about the economy. I along with a number of other folks simply responded to let you know you we're wrong.

Do I believe all of it, of course not. But they do talk about other things outside of Race, Bathrooms, or whatever else you'd prefer to pay attention to.

Because understanding policy takes some degree of learning, reading and paying attention to boring stuff. Most folks don't know the 3 branches of the government and won't bother to learn.

Meanwhile identity politics speaks to the lizard brain tribalism that any idiot can participate in.

I agree they turn this thing into theater and people bat emotional appeals back and forth. Some white lady get up there talking about the hot sauce in her purse instead of how she is going to help people continue to put food on their plate :martin:

Identity politics has always been a part of the political landscape in America since the George Washington era just in different ways...this isn't some new phenom.

Dems do propose policies, but some of you downplay them, don't care, or pay much attention throughout four years and act dumbfounded; it goes through one ear right out the other. Republicans don't offer any policy, much of their campaign is centered on nationalism under the guise of “taking back the country” from everything and everyone they deem poisonous.

I've never seen an election cycle where actual politics didn't get talked about, like this. This is the world we live in now. Brawndo thirst mutilator ass politics
Politicians know the country is just circling the drain and is too far gone to fix. So why make promises you know won't be kept? Just sit back and watch the Titanic sink.
