Shut the fukk up. We did not come from Arabia, there's no scientifc evidence of us crossing over from Arabia and into the Horn of Africa. Our people came from further up north near Somaliland, and possibly even more north.

Some west Africans are naturally muscular while some East Africans have to do an extra shift at the gym to be the same size.

However bigness does not equal to superior fighter. I have seen plenty of 6'3, 150 pound Somalis hold their weight in a fight with football players back in high school.

East Africa, especially the Horn, is generally drier grassland with less plant diversity, so the people have physiques better suited to that environment.

Your theory that the rainforest environment produces certain body types is bunk. West African physiques haven't changed much since they migrated down to the rainforest belt of the region.

Please explain how a canopy prevents height and why the rainforest provides richer food sources for people but doesn't cause height given that richer food sources promotes human height development ex. Dutch height growth since 19th century.
