again, who got the better discog in the 21st century?
They never answer this, like dawg if it’s so laughable he’s the most influential of this century who are all these others ?

When Ye debuted it was Luda, Jay Z, Nelly, Lil Jon, OutKast etc on the charts. He is miles ahead of all of them in streaming, 20 years later. It’s just Ye, Em and Drake up there.

Kanye earned his props as a producer so we all know he can get busy behind the boards.

Drake doesn’t produce and he uses ghostwriters for his bars so what EXACTLY is there to respect about him?

Drake not producing doesn't disqualify him being a genius. And if ghostwriting disqualifies him, that same energy applies to Kanye.

Drake is a genius regardless of using writers in the same manner that Kanye is. Kanye >>>>> Drake in terms of genius, but Drake being able to consistently make hits over the course of a decade (as the main artist and as an in demand feature) takes a certain level of genius. There is a short list of artists that are able to accomplish that with or without help.

Nothing you stated here actually proves anything other than he has more streams and is more influential. Nothing you stated actually says anything about the quality of his discography.

It proves almost unprecedented relevance. Anyway, who has a better discography in the 21st century ?

Kanye West albums discography - Wikipedia

Kanye West production discography - Wikipedia

Despite his antics, this man is really a once a generation type of talent.

Ya'll get too caught up on relevance. Relevance =/= better and ya'll only use the argument to prop up certain artists.

I know Kanye's discography both as an artist and producer. I copped College Dropout the first day. I had the advanced version. I used to check albums simply because Kanye had production on them. I remember when Kanye's first big credit was JD's "Turn It Out". Don't need Wiki. Didn't necessarily say I disagreed with the premise that Kanye had the best discography of the '00's- present. My point is that relevance, influence, and streaming numbers =/= better.

In terms of discography Kast and Kendrick discographies from the 00's make a solid case though Kast really only have two albums and a soundtrack. I'd put Stankonia and Speakerboxxx/Love Below up against any Ye album. With Kendrick, I'd put GKMC and TPAB up against any Ye album. I also note Nas, Ghost, and Jay's genius since 2000 as well.

you just have a different opinion that's fine
I can understand Yeezus aint for everyone, but idk how you can just trash TLOP and KSG those are great projects
And not every project is a 10 for sure, but that doesn't change the volume of great and influential albums

again, who got the better discog in the 21st century?

DOOM, Kendrick, Little Brother, OutKast, Ghostface, Tyler

None of them are seeing Kanye's 21st century discog, tho

And look I don’t even care about the numbers, none of those guys match Ye’s 21st century discog. OutKast has like 2 albums this century, and Hov doesn’t have Reasonable Doubt or Vol 1-3 in his discog

This. Isn’t a better comparison for Drake like a Cardi B?

As far as I’m concerned. Drake can fart on a track and it streams crazy and “sells” records. The hits don’t even mean anything to me anymore. He doesn’t even have to work for them at this point. It’s automatic. And it can’t be accurately gauged because it’s not like fans are going out and actually “buying” this shyt. It’s all a game. I’ve met real life Kanye cult members. Can’t really say the same shyt for Drake. Ye would sell regardless of physical or streaming.
