But he gets underrated with the 1st rd thing cause he played out west for like 8 years and that conference is stacked.(Like Kevin Garnett)He never really had the luxury of feeding on the trash teams in the earlier rounds like superstars in the east did.

I mean Denver won 50 games in 08' and was the 8th Seed:heh:

If they were out east they'd be 4th have HCA and face the 45 win Cavs.

Of course the ATL
Dude is obese & chubby.

He also is a selfish ball hog, who can't play defense & likes to comment on the "ridiculousness" of other player's paper.

Dude is also the most overrated current player in the league.

Also, worst playoff win percentage of any active player with a minimum of 10 playoff games played.

I can keep going :smugfavre:

Over-rated from what standpoint, he aint on bron's level but other than that hes comparable to every other superstar. Hes the best scorer in the league. "he didnt get out the first round" when you playing the lakers, spurs every year who are more stacked and now the heat.. This is a big year for him though as to whether hell be a considered "elite" or just another great scorer.

He's a ball stopper, people always try to compare him and KD, but KD can clearly play without the ball at times. He's a great offensive player, I just wonder why he doesn't go sooner sometimes, he'll catch the ball with 14 seconds on the clock and jab step for 10 seconds :manny:

Wait honest criticism without hate !???!????! Involving melo:damn: breh you should know the only answer is he's a fat ball-stopper :rudy: this avxl guy is pathetic his team has no fans and he worried about melo his best player is a headcase.
The funny thing with the melo hate is people ignore facts, when bron had the most wins on the cavs and couldn't beat the magic or Celtic he needed more help . Yet melo is supposed to win a ring with his team in a harder division when he isnt as good as bron ?like dirk he needs a team around him to compliment his skill set .., also like kd . I mean what would kd be doing without a few players to pick up his defensive slack??

let me keep it all the way real, I want Melo to serve as a cautionary tale to stars on small/mid market teams. on some "yeah, I can strong arm my squad into trading me to a big market team, but it might blow up in my face, word to Melo" shyt. :yeshrug:

Just let nikkas hate, breh. Nothing's going to change and I've accepted it by now.

To answer your question tho, they hate on Melo because he plays in NY and non-NYers have very bytchmade inferiority complexes when it comes to any and everything NY.

And KD and Melo are mirrors of each other. Melo can and has played off the ball. But KD is a young and still new player who plays in a small market so he has a charm and novelty to him that makes nikkas overlook the same qualities they supposedly hate in Melo. The same qualities they had no problem with when he was in Denver...another small market.

But lost amid the Knicks' swoon is that Carmelo Anthony has been setting an individual record for postseason futility. The Wall Street Journal noted after New York's first loss in the series that it was Anthony's 50th career playoff game, and that he had the worst won-loss percentage of anyone to make that many postseason appearances in the last 20 years.

Since then, Anthony has been in two more playoff defeats, leaving him with a 16-36 (.308) career record.

Anthony is the only bona fide superstar among the worst 10 playoff winning percentages, which of course is largely due to the so-so crew he played with in Denver. But unless New York comes up with a miracle his team will have been bounced out of the playoffs in the first round in eight of the last nine seasons.

Melo against the Bulls when Rose came back must make you haters shed tears

He has a few flaws I admit but he's probably my favorite next to Rose

I never saw People hate on Melo till he went to the Knicks

Oh there were people hating on him in Denver too. He was a franchise player who only got out the first round once with them so that came with a lot of criticism. Plus the defense thing and being mostly just a scorer.
