which caused him to be sexually attracted to girls 15-19 years old, which would make him technically a ephebophile not necessarily a pedophile, not excusing his behavior, just an observation because I remember that thread were some posters discussed being sexualized by older women in their prepubescent years & i think it's plausible only because kellz has been consistently caught up with younger females throughout his career.....not

14 year old- not a fully autonomous citizen, not legally liable(in full) for their own actions, not subject to contractual obligations, nor are they mentally capable to handle the task as an adult would be. They're obligated to receive support and guardianship from an adult parental figure for this reason. You seem to be, deliberately or not, conflating physical SEXUAL maturity with mental and emotional maturity which a 14 year old does not possess.
Would you trust a 14 year old to be your lawyer, surgeon, accountant, or even sit on a jury in your case or the case of a loved one? No? Yet, you want to be allowed to hop in bed with and impregnate one?
And I would agree that 14 year olds shouldn't be sexualized at all, but there's a huge difference in severity between two immature young teens having experimental sex with each other and a mature adult taking advantage of a 14 year old child to exploit them for sex. And yes what they're doing, aside from molestation, is exploiting their innocence. For instance, one of the main aspects of a child's innocence that adult child molesters take advantage of is young teen's own natural curiosity of their body.
Go watch the "To Catch a Predator" chat logs, and see how many of those sickos chat to young children telling them that they will "help teach" them about sex and their own body. That's clearly not the healthy form of courting and flirting that you would see between two consenting adults. That is child exploitation.
