There you go digging too deep into things again. I never said that.

Again, let me break it down very slowly.

The Bible says homosexuality is wrong. A person decides the Bible isn't true and uses evolution as the reasoning. Now said person is in a position to support gay marriage because....

Again, they don't follow the Bible... because of evolution.

If we're smart dumb nikkas, then you're just a dumb nikka.

No one just decides the bible is wrong because of evolution. Where the fukk do you come up with this stuff??? And just because a person doesn't follow the Bible, doesn't mean they automatically agree with gay marriage. Even some Christians are okay with gay marriage so what's your point? You can't make any kind of connection on someones stance of this issue based on whether or not they accept the bible as true. Someone can think evolution is "great" and be okay with gay people. I don't see how you think the two are connected. Evolution is about a process of all organisms adapting .... that doesn't mean this imaginary person wants some super human in the future.

It gets tiring having the same circular debates with the same people for years on end. These cats love to ridicule religion, but obviously whatever they are doing isn't nearly as satisfying as they proclaim or otherwise they'd be focusing on THAT instead of religion. If their secular beliefset was so amazing, they'd be spending time discussing how amazing their lives became once they undertook their secular mindset. Instead, they choose to continually attack religion, so obviously something is missing in their lives.

Let me ask you something Kev. Lets say you're at the store... you've decided you're gonna buy a new pair of shoes, so you're at Foot Locker or where ever you kids buy shoes. You go in, and you see a pair you like, and it looks perfect! Except... then you notice something on the side. A small scuff on the toe of the shoe. So you ask a worker, "hey I really like these shoes, but there's a scuff on them, do you have another pair in my size." He replies "Well, the rest of the shoe is flawless, just focus on THAT instead of that small mark on the shoe. It's not that bad." Now are you going to be satisfied with that answer?

I know this is kind of a dumb analogy, but in my opinion that shoe is society, and religion is that small blemish on it. There are undoubtedly some benefits to religion, but personally I think society would be better if people looked at morality from a humanist approach. People could make moral judgement based on reason, and empathy, rather than some authoritarian figure dictating what's right and what's wrong. Maybe that's completely unrealistic, and some people wouldn't do good for the sake of good, I don't know. But I do think, as a whole, a religious mindset has done more harm than good to humanity ... whether it's worshiping a god, king, dictator, or any other idol.

shyt, with posts like that, it was probably some woman leaving dude that set him on the path to religious fanaticism and conservatism (and misogyny, of course,) just like Reincar.

He said in the thread that his ex-girl cheated on him...but he's not bitter at all about it and it has nothing at all to do with his views on women. Sure. :childplease:

I just realized all of those posts were from a single thread. :mindblown::mindblown::snoop::snoop:

A lot of them fill up damn near the entire text character box too. One day I was bored and I started reading dudes posts in that thread for humor purposes. I had to stop after about 3 pages. I would've had to call out of work.
