You're conflating a number of things here but I'll let you cook.
Women who treat "sex like sex" are usually broken in some way as that is not natural to what they are. It's pretty simple really; men and women are not the same and we don't necessarily respond to the same qualities in one another.
In terms of men being asked "where this is going." Look, in general, if a guy wants things to progress, he's pretty straightforward about it. Women are playing a lottery and if the guy they're with isn't a winning ticket, they need to go ahead and switch it up until they find him.
