I don't want worms, so I eat all of my meat well done. If I don't like the way it tastes well done, then I don't eat it.

I doubt those restaurants that y'all eat raw meat at are measuring the safety temp of all of the meat like they are supposed to. Pretty sure they eye it to tell when it's done.

That's filet mignon and to me it's the only way to eat it because of its low fat content. Super easy to over cook and even at medium it isn't as tender and rich as a medium rare to rare cooked filet. But to each his own.

You don't need to measure the temp of a steak

My thing is why is it just beef that white people get all defensive about? What is it about beef that it's the only one yall wanna half cook? Why does the thought of half cooked chicken make you want to throw up but half cooked beef makes you salivate?
